FUNDACIÓN LIBERTAD is a non-profit health facility that offers basic ambulatory health care to the four island communities of Tierra Bomba (Tierra Bomba, Punta Arena, Caño del Oro, and Bocachica), just off the coast of Cartagena, Colombia.  Our facilities are located in the community of Bocachica.
